本政策适用于名为“Enjoy Instantly”的 iOS 和 Android 应用、Enjoy Instantly 官方网站及推广页面、网页预约系统，以及由客服协助创建和管理的预约。This policy applies to the iOS and Android application named “Enjoy Instantly,” its official website and promotional pages, web booking system, and bookings created or managed with customer-support assistance.

我们处理的信息Information we handle

账号与联系信息：用户 ID、姓名、手机号码、国家或地区代码、性别（如您选择提供），以及您主动提供给客服的联系信息。Account and contact information: user ID, name, mobile number, country or region code, gender if you choose to provide it, and contact details you choose to provide to support.
预约与订单信息：服务项目、按摩师、日期与时间、酒店或公寓地址、房间或位置说明、备注、订单号、状态、币种、订单金额、支付方式和支付结果。支付卡或银行账户的完整信息由支付服务商处理，我们不保存完整卡号。Booking and order information: service, professional, date and time, hotel or accommodation address, room or location instructions, notes, order ID, status, currency, amount, payment method and payment result. Full payment-card or bank-account details are handled by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
位置：在您授权并使用相关功能时获取精确位置，或处理您手动输入的地址，用于查找附近服务人员和确认服务地点。Location: precise location when you grant permission and use the relevant feature, or an address you enter manually, to find nearby professionals and confirm the service location.
设备与推送：操作系统、App 版本、语言、Firebase App 实例标识、推送令牌，以及由托管或安全服务处理的 IP 地址和请求时间，用于运行 App、发送订单通知、防护安全和排查故障。Device and push data: operating system, app version, language, Firebase app-instance identifiers, push tokens, and IP address and request time processed by hosting or security services, used to operate the app, send booking notifications, protect security and troubleshoot issues.
统计与广告归因：在获得同意后处理页面或 App 互动、归因 ID、广告点击标识（如 gclid、gbraid、wbraid）和广告链接提供的 UTM 参数，用于衡量广告带来的预约和订单收入。Analytics and advertising attribution: after consent, page or app interactions, attribution IDs, advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid, and UTM parameters supplied by an advertising link, to measure bookings and order revenue attributable to advertising.
照片与客服内容：您主动选择的头像或保存的分享图片，以及您发送给客服的咨询、反馈或预约说明。Photos and support content: a profile photo you select or sharing image you save, and enquiries, feedback or booking instructions you send to support.

我们不会把姓名、手机号、邮箱、服务地址或房间信息放入 GA4 或 Google Ads 事件，也不会把服务器密钥放入 URL、分析事件或客户端日志。We do not place names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses or room details in GA4 or Google Ads events, and we do not place server secrets in URLs, analytics events or client logs.

信息的使用目的How we use information

我们使用信息来注册和保护账号、展示可用服务、创建及履行预约、联系用户和按摩师、处理支付结果、提供客服和安全支持、发送必要通知、改进产品，以及在取得同意后分析推广效果。我们也可能为履行法律、财务、税务、争议处理或防欺诈义务而处理必要信息。We use information to register and protect accounts, show available services, create and fulfil bookings, communicate with users and professionals, process payment results, provide support and security, send necessary notifications, improve the product, and—with consent—measure promotion performance. We may also handle necessary information for legal, financial, tax, dispute-resolution or fraud-prevention obligations.

App 权限App permissions

使用期间的位置：仅在您使用附近服务或地址确认功能时请求；您也可以手动输入地址。Location while using the app: requested only for nearby-service or address-confirmation features; you may enter an address manually instead.
相机：仅在您选择二维码登录功能时请求。Camera: requested only when you choose QR-code login.
照片：仅在您主动选择头像或保存分享/预约图片时请求。Photos: requested only when you select a profile photo or save a sharing or booking image.
通知：用于发送预约状态和服务提醒，可在系统设置中关闭。Notifications: used for booking status and service reminders, and can be disabled in system settings.

当前版本不需要始终定位、麦克风、本地网络或悬浮窗权限，也不使用 Apple IDFA 或 Android 广告 ID。The current version does not require always-on location, microphone, local-network or overlay permissions, and does not use Apple IDFA or the Android Advertising ID.

统计、广告归因与您的选择Analytics, attribution and your choices

网站和 App 的非必要统计与广告归因在您同意后启用。拒绝不会影响浏览、登录或预约等必要功能。您可以清除网站或 App 数据，或重新安装 App，以重置本地选择；也可以通过系统设置撤回位置、照片、相机或通知权限。撤回不影响撤回前处理的合法性。Non-essential analytics and advertising attribution on the website and app are enabled after consent. Declining does not prevent essential browsing, sign-in or booking functions. You can clear website or app data, or reinstall the app, to reset a local choice, and revoke location, photo, camera or notification permissions in system settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

保存、安全与用户权利Retention, security and user rights

我们仅在提供服务、维护账号、完成财务或税务记录、处理争议、安全防护及履行法律义务所需期间保存信息；之后会删除或去标识化。我们采用传输加密、访问控制、密钥隔离和回传幂等等措施降低未授权访问、泄露或重复处理风险。We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, keep required financial or tax records, resolve disputes, protect security and meet legal obligations; it is then deleted or de-identified. We use measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, secret separation and idempotent conversion delivery to reduce unauthorised access, disclosure or duplicate processing.

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可以请求访问、更正、复制、限制处理或删除个人信息，也可以反对某些处理并撤回同意。为保护账号，我们可能需要在处理请求前验证身份，但不会要求您把密码或验证码写入公开页面或 URL。Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, a copy, restriction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To protect the account, we may verify identity before handling a request, but we will not ask you to place a password or verification code in a public page or URL.

账号与数据删除Account and data deletion

您可以在 App 中依次进入“我的 → 设置 → 注销账户”发起删除。也可以从本页访问官网客服入口，在不发送密码或验证码的前提下说明“删除 Enjoy Instantly 账号”，由客服完成身份核验和处理。In the app, go to “My → Settings → Delete Account” to start deletion. You may also use the official support options linked from this page and ask to “delete my Enjoy Instantly account,” without sending a password or verification code; support will verify identity and process the request.

确认删除后，我们会删除账号及其关联个人数据，但法律要求保留的交易、税务、安全或争议记录可在法定期限内受限保存。仅停用或冻结账号不视为完成删除。After deletion is confirmed, we delete the account and associated personal data. Transaction, tax, security or dispute records required by law may be retained with restricted access for the required period. Deactivation or freezing alone does not count as deletion.

未成年人、政策更新与联系我们Minors, policy changes and contact

服务不面向未达到其所在地可独立订约年龄的人。未成年人应由父母或法定监护人完成预约。我们可能因服务、技术或法律变化更新本政策，并在本页标明新的生效日期；重大变化会通过 App 或网站作出适当提示。The service is not directed to anyone below the age at which they can independently enter a contract where they live. A parent or legal guardian should make a booking for a minor. We may update this policy when services, technology or law change and will show a new effective date here; material changes will be appropriately notified in the app or website.
